TGIM Thank God It's Monday--a response to online bashers of network marketingViews: 1674
Jan 29, 2007 9:46 pmTGIM Thank God It's Monday--a response to online bashers of network marketing#

Jack Weinzierl
2007 is a year of harvest for those diligently sowing seed with their network marketing businesses. I am expecting that in my business and I pray that you are as well. I encourage you to pray over your business every day that the Lord directs the right candidates to you.

Although these notes are from our Christian entrepreneur mentoring business, much of this is applicable to those who are putting Christ first in their businesses and lives.

Dear Heavenly Father,
I pray for each person here this morning, Holy Spirit be our guide, speak to us this morning, open our eyes, open our ears and open our hearts this week, we know that you have given us the authority and we need to walk in and exude your power every day of our lives, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

That brings me to our focus on this call this morning. I think this is the most important TGIM call that we have ever had, surely not because I am hosting. I have been blessed to have had some good teaching from John Maxwell and I am going to share a little with you this morning. You know we always talk about seeking and serving Him first. I connected with John Maxwell for the marketplace ministry group we are assembling in our community.

The Lord directed me to share this last night around 11:45 am and I was literally in tears as I typed with the fire blazing behind me. I was simply moved how it connects with the later part of this call, is truly amazing to me. Later on this call, I am also going to address a very sensitive subject that we all have to deal with in varying degrees in our businesses. When you take a stand for Christ in your business, be prepared. We cannot stick out heads in the sand and pretend the enemy does not exist, but we can be prepared.

I’m going to be talking to you about what George Gallop has recently found in America that we need the most in our life. These are the top six issues that Americans continually said that they felt a need for in their life. I’m going to talk about “What I Really Need Is Security.”

As we look at it today, you might say, “Why is it that I am at times insecure? Why is it that I have moments of insecurity in my life and in my Advantage Conferences business? Why are people basically, by and large, not secure?” Well, it’s very simple. In the beginning before the fall, Adam and Eve were very secure. God created them in His image; He walked with them in the evening. There was a sense of stability; there was a sense of tight relationships. There was a great vulnerability and transparency. There was tremendous security in Adam and Eve’s life. But when they fell, when they willingly disobeyed God, you know the first thing they did was hide. All of a sudden, the insecurity of man, because of willful sin, began to surface. You and I, who are born in sin, literally come into this life and because of sin, there is a tremendous amount of insecurity in the lives of people.

There are three components necessary for inner-health:

1. A sense of worth:

There is a need for people to have a sense of worth. And if it is missing, we feel inferior. You show me a person who lacks a sense of worth and I will show you a person who has deep inferior feelings.

2. A sense of belonging:

If that is missing in our life we will feel insecure . That’s exactly what happened with Adam and Eve. When they sinned, all of a sudden they didn’t sense that they belonged in the Garden of Eden. All of a sudden they did not sense that relationship with God. They were distanced. And if we have a sense of belonging, we’ll have a sense of security. But when that sense of belonging is missing, we feel insecure.

3. A sense of purpose:

If that is missing in our life, we feel inadequate. We will feel that we cannot ever measure up and be what we want to be.

Those are three components necessary for inner health. I want to talk to you about the second one today, a sense of belonging or a sense of security.

1. Emptiness

You see, all of us come into this world and because we don’t have that sense of belonging, that sense of security, because of an estranged relationship with God, there is a vacuum within our life. You see, God created you and He created me to serve Him. And when we aren’t serving Him and when we don’t belong to the family of God, there is a great sense of emptiness within ourselves.

2. Need

Because of the emptiness in our life, we begin to sense a need in our life.

3. Motivated

IWe become motivated to do something about the need that we feel. All of a sudden, we have an increased desire to wherever it is that we can find peace or find a sense of belonging to go looking for it and searching for it.

4. Source

We begin seeking a place for our sense of belonging and for our security.

5. Behavior

Once we find a source, whether it is a right one or a wrong one, it begins to determine the behavior that we have.

6. Problems

What happens is, no matter what our source and no matter what our behavior, because we are changing habit patterns, there will be problems or obstacles that will arise. We are not used to living like this. We are not use to behaving like this so there are obstacles and problems that will begin to arise in our journey toward holiness.

7. Goal

Because we have a goal, we can continually overcome those problems. It will help us to persevere, it will give us energy until we can say, “No matter how difficult this is, I’m going to reach my goal. I’m going to have a sense of belonging, a sense of security.”

8. Result

After a period of time, the result begins to settle in. Now, the result that settles in will either lead you back to emptiness again. That’s what John Maxwell calls the cycle of futility, searching for something and going down to the source, and finding a source, but the wrong source which brings us all the way around until one day we wake up and say, “Wait a minute. I’ve done all these things. I’ve changed behavior patterns, I’ve had new goals, I’ve persevered, and yet at the end, I’m still empty.” That’s what Solomon did. Solomon searched for happiness. He searched for significance, he searched for meaning, he searched for security and he came up with a conclusion to all this emptiness. Why? Because he went to the wrong source. He looked to the wrong place. He went to the wrong person, for his security and for his peace.

Now, if the source is right then what happens after the result? We go to the middle of that cycle and we find fullness, belonging, and peace. The source will determine my course. And what I want to do now is take you to a passage of scripture in Matthew 6 and just take a few moments and look as Jesus talks about people who are under anxiety and who worry and who basically have a sense of insecurity. And let’s look at what Jesus says about the source.

Verse 25: “I tell you not to worry about your life. Don’t worry about having something to eat, drink, and wear. Isn’t life more than food or clothing? Look at the birds in the sky! They don’t plant or harvest. They don’t even store grain in barns. Yet your Father in Heaven takes care of them. Aren’t you worth more than birds?”

“Can worry make you live longer? Why worry about clothes? Look how the wild flowers grow. They don’t work hard to make their clothes. But I tell you that Solomon with all of his wealth was not as well clothed as one of them. God gives such beauty to everything that grows in the field, even though it is here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow. He will surely do even more for you! Why do you have such little faith?”

“Don’t worry and ask yourselves, ‘Will we have anything to eat? Will we have anything to drink? Will we have any clothes to wear?’ Only people who don’t know God are always worrying about such things.” Do you see what Jesus is saying? Jesus is saying, “Only people who don’t have their source in God should have those kinds of insecurities.” Our Lord is almost assuming that people that are highly insecure and people who have high anxiety are people who have never yet focused in on God as the source of their life. Let’s go on: “Your Father in Heaven knows that you need all of these. But more than anything else, put God’s work first and do what He wants. Then all the other things will be yours as well.”

Let me give you four reasons why people worry, Jesus gives them all to us in this passage:

1. People worry because they fail to realize their significance .

Jesus said that people that are highly anxiety ridden even think the birds in the air and the flowers of the ground are more significant than them. And it just puzzled the Lord. He said, “Aren’t you worth more than birds? Aren’t you more valuable than the flowers which will be burned tomorrow?” In other words, Jesus says, “When we really lack a sense of significance, it causes us to be insecure and worry and be anxiety ridden.”

2. They don’t know God .

Jesus just assumes that anybody that is highly insecure and anxiety ridden doesn’t know God. That’s why He says that only people who don’t know God are always worrying about such things.

3. They don’t know that their God knows about them .

He said, “Your Father in Heaven knows that you need all of these things.” In other words, Jesus said, “I assume that people who worry a lot must not realize that I know all about their problems right now.” Isn’t it true when we pray, how many times do we pray and talk to God as if He doesn’t know all about us? “Oh God, you know I have this need, and I want to tell you about it.” And we tell Him the need and we sometimes think that God’s up there saying, “You’re kidding! Well, I didn’t know that. Let me write that down.” Do you see how almost humorous it becomes the moment that we begin to realize that Jesus looks at us and He says, “Don’t you know that your Father in Heaven knows all about these needs?”

In fact, He also teaches us that He knows about them even before we ask Him. Now you say, “Shouldn’t I ask for them?” Sure you ought to ask for them. But there is a difference between praying to God and saying “Give us this day our daily bread,” and asking for His help and assuming that you’ll get it than praying, “Oh God, give us this daily bread,” like God I don’t even know if you know that I have this need. There’s a difference. Do you come to Him in trust and in security? Or do you come to Him in panic, as if He doesn’t know?

4. They fail to put God first in their lives .

I really believe that. I believe that much of the insecurity that Christians feel is because they’ve never settled the “Lordship of Jesus Christ issue.” They’ve never really put God first in their lives. He may be third, He may be fourth, but He’s not number one. And because He’s not number one, because He’s your Savior and He died for your sins, you’re going to go to heaven. But you’ve never settled the lordship issue and put Him as number one. The Lord understood this and He said, “Many people worry and are insecure because they’ve never settled who’s going to run their life.” You see, if I don’t put God number one, then I probably have myself and my agenda as number one and the moment that I put myself number one instead of God as number one, I have to take responsibility for my life. But the moment I reverse that and I put God number one, He takes responsibility.

One of the greatest lessons you and I can ever learn is the lesson of trusting God with everything. Now, I can say it but I certainly can’t say it as well as Jesus, who in verse 33, states, “But more than anything else, put God’s work first and do what He wants.” Then look what Jesus says, “Then all the other things will be yours as well.” Life’s not complicated. This whole message this morning on security is basically a message that says, “Put God first, trust Him and watch your life become one of security and strength.

Now, there are three common anxiety areas that we have:

1. Health

We worry about this and the Lord talks about that. In fact, in verse 27 He said, “Can worry make you live longer?”

You know, there are basically two health expressions and one of them is that we basically have the health of our parents. In other words, what your parents are, that’s what you’re going to be.

And then another health expression is that “We are what we eat.”

One of the areas that people worry about and have anxiety over is in the area of their health.

2. Money

Boy, people get all shook up over that. Money is a great cause of worry and anxiety. Earl Wilson said, “There are three classes of people, the haves, the have nots, and the have not paid for what they haves.” Many people have a great worry over their finances.

3. Family

Family, of course, causes great worry and anxiety in our lives. We all want to do well. We all want our family members closest to us to do well. One psychologist said, “With the appearance of the two-bathroom home, families forgot how to cooperate.” It’s true isn’t it? And then he said, “With the appearance of the two-car family, families forgot to associate.” And then, “With the appearance of the two-television family, families forgot to communicate.” There’s some real truth in that. And family life causes a lot of anxiety.

When you think of family life, when you think of money, when you think of our health — Let’s stop and ask ourselves, “If these are the three areas that really grab us the most, when we really slice it, no matter how we do it, all three of those areas at one time or another are probably going to go wrong.” I’m not trying to be negative. But as healthy as we can possibly be, there’s a day when we won’t be healthy any more. That’s why people die. And as much as we want to do when we die, we’re not going to take all that money with us anyway. We came in without it, and we’re going to go out without it. And there’s going to be a time, even when the family has a sense of separation. Of course, for the believer that’s just a temporary sense of separation until we’ll be with them for eternity. But I guess the question for all of us to ask ourselves this morning is, Where is my security? Where am I placing it? The psalmist tells us what to do. Let’s look at it.

Five steps to security:

Psalm 37: “Trust in the Lord and do good: Dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness. Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him and He will do it. And He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your judgment as the noonday. Rest in the Lord and wait patiently for Him; do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who carries out wicked schemes. Rest in the Lord and wait patiently for Him.”

25 “The steps of a man are established by the Lord, and he delights in His way. When he falls, he shall not be hurled headlong; because the Lord is the One who holds his hand. I have been young, and now I am old; yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, or His descendants begging bread.”

1. Commit = Reveal

Reveal your way to the Lord. It’s a picture of openness. It’s a picture of honesty. It’s a picture of transparency. Now, what is our tendency to do when we deal with God? Instead of revealing our way to the Lord and committing it to Him, our tendency is to cover it and carry it. Isn’t that true? That’s just human nature, cover it and carry it.

2. Trust = Release

It’s a picture of “I trust you enough to let go of every area of my life.” Now, it’s interesting. He talks about trusting twice. But both times he talks about trusting, it’s different. He talks about a trust or a release to the Lord where we release it to Him, but we continue to work. And then he talks about a releasing to the Lord, where we give it to Him and we don’t work at all in the flesh. We just wait. Look in verse 3: “Trust in the Lord and do good.” In other words he’s saying, “There’s a release to Him, where we trust things to Him but we continue on doing what we’ve done.” In other words, trust Him, but keep on working. Look at verse 5: “Trust Him and He will do it.” And there’s also another time in our life where we trust Him and we don’t work but we wait. We just say, “God, there’s nothing I can do about this. I have to put this in your hands. I have to wait on you to do it. Do that work in my life.” And it comes at different times. Sometimes we trust and keep on working. Sometimes, we trust Him and we wait. But we need to put our trust in Him and release ourselves to Him. Where is your trust? Is it in God? Is it in others? Or are you so scarred with life, like a lot of people, that your trust is in nobody? I know an awful lot of people this morning who say, “I don’t trust anybody.” And they walk through life with this sense of “I’m not going to trust anyone else.” Where’s your trust?

3. Dwell = Remain

He talks here about remaining where we are so that we can see the faithfulness of God. Okay? What’s the human tendency? Our tendency, instead of remaining, is to run. Isn’t that right? Fix it ourselves, do something. “Wait on the Lord, remain. Let God do a work. Hold steady for a period of time.”

4. Delight = Rejoicing in the Lord

If you’ll notice that passage in verse 4, the “Delight yourself in the Lord...” comes before “He’ll give you the desires of your heart.” Do you know we want to turn that around? We want to say, “God, if you’ll give me the desires of my heart, I’m going to delight in you. Isn’t that the way we pray? Lord, if you’ll give me what I want, I’ve got this list here, I’m going to serve you and put you first and all these things. And the psalmist said, “Don’t put your desires before your delight in the Lord. You come in and delight in Him.” That’s why worship is so important. It’s important for us to come and sing and worship and focus. Because, the more we delight in Him, the more all of a sudden He even changes our desires. The psalmist said, “Quit trying to put your desires at the top of the list. Just put God at the top of the list and delight in Him and see what happens.”

5. Rest = Security

Rest in Him. Just take a moment and rest in Him. Let Him be your security. Let Him hold you. I love verse 7: “Wait patiently,” or longing on Him. You see, I know something about secure people. I can describe them in 15 words: “They know who they are... They like who they are... They are who they are.” You show me a secure person: They know who they are... They like who they are... They are who they are. They’re nothing different. You show me an insecure person: They don’t have any clue who they are... They don’t like who they are... And because of that, they aren’t who they are. They mask, put up walls, fronts, kind of two people, a dichotomy of individuals.

Let me conclude the first part of this TGIM call with a quick story.

There was a lady who came to church and every Sunday, when she was done, she would put a piece of paper on the pew where she was sitting. It was just a little piece of paper. And the custodian brought it to the pastor once and he opened it up. And it just had three or four words on it. “Nothing big” And he looked at those words and it didn’t make sense. And so finally, he talked to her and I said, “Every Sunday you come to church, take a piece of paper, put a couple of words on it, leave it on the pew, and you walk out. Let me ask you a question, ‘What are you doing?’” She said, “Pastor, my favorite verse is the verse in Peter that says, ‘Cast all of your care upon God because He cares for you.’” She said, “Every Sunday, I come to church and I just take a piece of paper and I think of two or three things that concern me. And I just write them down on that piece of paper, fold it up, and when I leave the church I just leave it on the pew and I say, ‘God, today I left everything with you.’” See, she understood, “Commit your way unto the Lord; trust in Him; and do good.”

The second part of this call is dealing with people who are insecure and who are NOT in our Advantage Conferences business. I was typing these notes early this morning and the connection to our message today was profound for me. Yesterday in service, we had a Vision Sunday for our families as well as the church. I was sharing with the congregation that it was almost 2 years ago that my wife and I stepped out in faith and I resigned as a president of a company and the Lord led me to put Christ first in my business. I shared that it has been very rewarding, but as I put Christ first in my business that my good name was attacked in a way I could have never imagined.

Well, we need to talk about those attacks this morning because if you have been in this Christ-centered business for awhile, you have experienced them yourself in emails, etc. Well, I have turned the other cheek and I continue to pray for these hate-filled people, but enough was enough. My name is a good name and I stand shoulder to shoulder with Tim Darnell. I have a responsibility as a leader here to defend our names and our businesses from attack. With that said, that is primarily through prayer, but this weekend I was led to defend my name, Tim’s name, AC and all of you building AC, in the natural. I am fed up and I will not stand by and watch hate-filled, insecure posters on an anti-network marketing blog impact others who don’t know any better. Negative news, however libelous, sells and it also influences.

I am going to share with you some of what I shared this weekend with these misguided people. Please keep them in your prayers, as that is what we are called to do. My prayer is that people will actually come to Christ through their posts and bashing. Here is what I shared after unbelievable attacks on me personally, my wife Stephanie, Tim Darnell and everyone building Advantage Conferences. I also posted this to my blog on Saturday.

I hope that you all have the maturity to appreciate this transparency and understand that this is after months of libelous remarks. If you are seeking comfort and you run from conflict, you will probably want to hang up right now. We need representatives that are on a crusade for truth and that are not afraid to proclaim Christ in their businesses and their lives. Once again, simply hang up if you are not ready for the reality that we face in this industry and this business. I am not encouraging you to do battle with these folks unless you truly have that confidence in whose you are and can stomach the nastiest abuse you have probably ever witnessed. I have to tell you, it could have an impact on me if I let it. In fact, there is no winning that debate as anything you say, will be piled on by the folks who spend their days and nights on this waste of bandwidth.

I am titling this “Response to Negative posts on scam.com by Jack Weinzierl” feel free to save the notes for when you have the enemy attack. This is specific to a site called scam.com, although it comes with great hesitation to speak those words at all. Ok, here is my post.

Yes, this is Jack Weinzierl. Yes, unlike all of the misguided bashers on this thread, I will use my own name, although you will not find me spending time in “scared city” here on scam.com. If you continue to post lies, I will continue to repost this. The simple fact that people hide behind their ananimity and think they can state anything, regardless of who it hurts, is a sad commentary. The owners of scam.com love it as it drives their Google Adsense revenue. You are doing their work and they don’t have to pay you. What a business model. It is amazing that one of the negative posters on this forum has actually tried to recruit me into two of his network marketing businesses.

I will not stoop to a debate here that is simply a piling on of people who attack the network marketing industry, marketplace ministry, Advantage Conferences, Tim Darnell and me personally. I have learned with success comes persecution and we could write a book on that alone. I encourage those who want to know my heart, purpose and passion, please visit and subscribe to my Blog at http://www.jackweinzierl.com. Do your homework and do not let some misguided individuals instill fear and hatred in you. There is no victory there.

First off, I am an independent representative of Advantage Conferences and have been for almost 2 years now. I will be building this business for the next 10+ years, as I could not believe more strongly in the power of AC’s ongoing mentoring products and this opportunity. I was the president of two prior companies, including a defibrillator company and I have my MBA from Golden Gate University. There are many other things I could be doing in corporate America. I am purpose-driven and passionate about Advantage Conferences. Do I expect those on Scam.com to understand this? Of course not. I have never been more excited about what we are doing at Advantage Conferences as I am right now, today. I am also glad that we do not focus on the boats, cars, homes or travel on our sites. We are not looking for those seeking get rich quick, although someone can do very well with this business if they choose to be consistent with their marketing.

If it has been a while since you have reviewed our value proposition, you really should. This is onling mentoring through conferences, telementoring, Wealth of Knowledge DVDs, Millionaire Mindset CDs, Designed for Success, and other products. There has NEVER been a product purchase required to be an Advantage Conferences Representative and if you have listened to the call, we are very clear if you are looking for a get rich quick business or if you do not value ongoing mentoring, DO NOT join us. We also never ask a candidate what, if any product they are purchasing. We are also the only company I know in this entire industry that requires an interview to be approved. I have had many candidates that were not approved over the past two years.

No one on this board that is bashing Advantage Conferences or me personally, will recognize the value proposition that we provide. Whether a person ever builds this business as an income source, is their decision. Many are plugging into our conferences, CDs, DVDs, telementoring calls, as well as the personal mentoring available Monday through Saturday. They also are able to go to ongoing conferences at 90% off and you can read from many that have attended multiple Millionaire Mindset Conferences at http://www.advantage-conferences-training.com/testimonials.

To answer a few of your questions, or misguided posts.

1) I see that SBM is suddenly interested in my wife’s wardrobe. My wife has never owned a fur of any kind, not that I have a strong belief there either way. SBM is simply trying to throw every negative thing she can to accomplish some misguided agenda. I guess she is closer to Dr. Jon that we thought. Is that ridiculous or what?

2) The Hummer is owned, not leased. Once again negative posts just piling on. I am sure SBM has an issue with a Hummer too. Well, when you work from home, you don’t drive much, so no worries on the gas usage and environment SBM.

3) Yes, I build another business and probably will have several others over the next 10 years. I am an entrepreneur. With that said, I commit 95% of my time to my Advantage Conferences business and marketplace ministry. Team members, if you get to the point where you are making $35K a month with this business and you have another passion, pursue it. What I have been against since day one is building mutiple streams when one has not had success in one business yet.

4) I love and respect Tim Darnell. I have served in various leadership positions in traditional businesses, as well as network marketing, and I have nothing but the highest regard for Tim Darnell. Tim has been very transparent in his book, Slay Your Giant about some of his past challenges, and I am proud to consider him a friend, mentor and brother in Christ. He has made tremendous sacrifices and has a servant’s heart.

5) For the one or two people on this board that have actually been involved with AC, I am sorry that you did not have a good experience. I have never seen a company that was right for everyone. The only way to lose in any business is to quit and not everyone is ready to accept mentoring. Pride often gets in the way and quite frankly, it is much easier to quit and blame others. There are scams out there, but much of scam.com is simply full of folks who play victim wanting to blame others for where they are at.

6) Our products begin under $50 with SYG audio and The Millionaire Mindset Collection CD for $130.00, and WOK at under $500.00. The people on this board continue to focus on one conference and also fail to recognize that no product purchase is required.

7) If you believe the writer in Houston did a good job in his article, well, you have that right. I encourage you to look at the source, just like you would at scam.com.

Proclaim your faith in Jesus in a public forum like this and in your business and see what happens! I can already hear Bigfranky and others on the attack.

I am in total agreement with Tim Darnell on this following paragraph.

Articles and speech come out daily that contain slander, accusation, and some of the most preposterous lies I could ever imagine. But I’m not complaining. I am in no way guided by the roaring lions of the accuser / the enemy (see Hebrews 11:33-38). Why? Simply because I’m guided “BY FAITH”. I’m not guided by circumstances or what other people think about me. And I’m certainly not guided by fear – no, faith is the compass, and 100% trust is the fuel that carries us through another day in full expectation of VICTORY!

Solomon states in Proverbs, “He who gets wisdom loves his own soul; he who cherishes understanding prospers.” He also says, “Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed”. Those two verses are powerful, yet only a small example of wisdom found in the Word of God – teaching that is more relevant today than ever. Advantage Conferences is a dynamic marketplace ministry that provides ongoing Christ-centered mentoring for entrepreneurs and business owners, as well as training for corporate employees.

I think it is sad that those who constantly attack based on their misguided opinions on our product offering and business model, continuing to ignore those actually participating in the conferences, ongoing mentoring and the business. In fact, it is often stated that these must all be “new” people when the average person here has been with Advantage Conferences for a year or longer. These testimonials were all provided to me in the month of January 2007.

I then shared 15 or so testimonials from team members and I will not print all of those here, but you can read them on http://www.advantage-conferences-training.com/professional-recommendations

You can read specific testimonials on our Millionaire Mindset Conferences as well as our ongoing mentoring at http://www.actestimonials.com

Once again, I share this so you can learn and grow from it. I have learned and grown from it already. I pray for these sad individuals who have no real purpose. Holy Spirit convict them to be difference makers vs. space takers.

I will leave you with one of my favorite scriptures--

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." (Jeremiah 29:11-13)

What have you spoken over your home, your kids, and your business? Do you recognize that you are in a battle? We have the authority, but we must exercise the power we can walk in His Word and our faith.

Nicely said, Jack! Like you, I also work for a Christian organization that puts Christ first, family second and then we get to business. When you place both your faith and energy in the right house then good thing shall follow! I admire your convictions! We have leadership calls weekly and John Maxwell is always a great topic for us. Leaders lead from the front, but always remember to look and see if the flock is behind them.

Know your life path and follow it proudly.

Blessings-
